The fourth annual 10,000 Lakes Festival at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes played host to people from around the country for four days of jam bands, convulsive dancing and fire theatrics. Beginning July 19, festivalgoers witnessed a lineup of bands including Phil Lesh and Friends, Trey Anastasio, String Cheese Incident, God Johnson, Umphrey's McGee and Cornmeal.Brought to the middle of Minnesota by their mutual appreciation for the music, the 18,000 fans who attended this year's festival came away with diverse and often communal memories.
