Doran breaks ground on 412 Lofts

Doran Companies will break ground this week on a 102-unit student housing project at the intersection of 4th Street and 12th Avenue Southeast.

This project follows fellow Doran project Sydney Hall that was completed just a year ago.

412 Lofts will contain studio one- two- and three-bedroom furnished apartments.

According to a press release, the five-story complex will also have a community room with a fireplace, large screen media center, high-speed Internet access exercise and workout facilities.

The Heart of the Earth Charter School previously resided on the lot, and was demolished this summer.
