This Friday, celebrate the life of Prince at First Avenue for the one-year anniversary of his passing. With the Memorial Street Party sold out and the celebration at Paisley Park costing hundreds of dollars, this is another way to celebrate his music and life in the best way — by dancing.

There are over 10 locations celebrating “the culture of the independently-owned record store” for Record Store Day’s 10th Anniversary this year, with plenty of albums, cassettes and vinyl ready to be bought. Some music will be specially pressed for the day, so don’t miss out.

Sunday: Bharat’s Holi
Enjoy the festivities of Holi with Bharat UMN, color powders and water guns. This annual festival, usually held in March, celebrates the arrival of spring and the end of winter. You can now enjoy the (hopefully) warm weather with friends, strangers and food. Just make sure to bring clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
