A female student was sexually molested in Middlebrook Hall Sunday morning, according to University Police.
The victim was asleep in her dorm room when she woke up to someone touching her, according to a public safety alert e-mail sent by University Police Chief Greg Hestness. When the victim responded, the suspect ran away from the room. The victim's roommate was in the room but did not wake.
The dorm room was unlocked at the time of the incident, which was reported at 3:15 a.m. The victim was not able to give a suspect description.
