Local artist Miles recently graduated from the U and is now showing his first solo exhibit of modern, geometric patterns at Fox Tax Gallery (foxtaxservice.com/gallery/) The pieces speak to the nature of randomness and control, and what happens when we lose or attain those things (per his description of the work.) Mendenhall’s show is curated by the super-chic mplsart director Emma Berg, and promises to be not only an eye-opening show but also a fantastic networking/people watching event.
