Local artists celebrate Dylan's 70th on Radio K tomorrow

In honor of Bob Dylan's 70th birthday, Radio K is summoning local artists to cover the troubadour's tunes all day. Dylan's catalogue is a bottomless well (it contradicts itself; it contains multitudes), so it'll be interesting to see which Dylan the bands choose to tackle. The schedule is as follows:

10:00 am - Walker Fields
12:00 pm - Zoo Animal
2:00 pm - The Orange Mighty Trio (stunningly beautiful string arrangements)
4:00 pm - The Goondas

The K also promises to air "tons of other Dylan covers throughout the day," so expect Hendrix, the Byrds and, well, pretty much everybody else. Radio K is at 100.7/104.5 FM and 770 AM.
