During the next two weeks, two road closures will be taking place near the University.
The Department of Transportation announced the Huron Boulevard Ramp from westbound I-94 will be closed from Sunday, April 22 until Wednesday, May 2. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to find alternative routes.
Another closure taking place is 17th Avenue between University Avenue and 4th Street. The closure will be from Monday, April 23 until Thursday, April 26. Crews will be installing a tower crane for the construction of the Fourth Street Housing and Dining Facility. Oak Street will be the designated tour during the closure.
