Men's Hockey: Final

Gophers win 3-2 with 12.7 seconds left

Tony Mosey tied the game with less than five minutes remaining when he chipped in an open centering pass from Ryan Lasch for his fifth goal of the season. The play began when a questionable offsides by the Huskies was waved off and minutes later the game was tied at 2 a piece. Garret Raboin-a also got a helper - his second point of the night.

But Mike Howe put a errant rebound past Weslocky with 12.7 seconds left in the game for the sixth goal of the year.  Derek Peltier put his slap-shot attempt wide and off the glass, but the puck landed right on the stick of Howe who slipped it under the goalie at the 19:47 mark.
