Professor Philip J. Regal, from the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Behavior, points out the habitat of the bonobo chimp, man's closest primate cousin, Wednesday night in Ford Hall. Regal spoke about the bonobo, which is near extinction, and the effect that losing this species might have on humans.
