The customer service was awful. I ordered one thing and got something totally wrong. I said it wasn't what I had ordered and was told that they were right and I was wrong. Not a good experience at all.

I had a nice beverage there, sort of a green tea frap-like thing. This was the first time I had seen one of those "plastic sealed" beverage cups instead of the standard lid, and I had that sense of time lurching forward like a year or two ago when I saw a stainless steel fridge with a television mounted right in the door and a salesman sliding up to say, "You know, 60 percent of consumers watch television while in the kitchen."

Where was I? Tea garden. Yes, it has a nice selection of beverages and looks like a good place to study. They had some kind of cloth artwork hung on the walls which didn't impress me, though. Here's a thought: when your artwork is hung with thumbtacks, how can it be anything but tacky?

But the bathrooms...oh, my word, the men's room was so clean and tasteful that I double-checked the door to make sure I hadn't gone in the ladies room by mistake. I hope this place makes it. Go in there and have some tea.
