This place added a vegetarian/vegan menu a month ago, and there are some fascinating selections even for non-vegans. I had some seaweed dish, and the server suggested that I order rice. He was right, and I was glad for the suggestion. The rice was only a buck. The menu mentions that the establishment uses a separate vegetable oil fryer for all the vegan dishes. Looks like this place is going after the vegan buck in a big way. I didn't care that it was vegan, it was delicious, as always. Never had a bad experience at this place.

I enjoy going to Camdi for lunch in Dinkytown thorougly. The portions are large, and the ingredients are fresh. Other restaurants have premade meals where the vegetables are soaked through and through with sauces and saggy, whereas at Camdi, they are still firm.

Great portions and awesome food, best little restaurant in town! I can't believe how much food we got! Wonderful owners greet you with a smile every time I go in!

I never thought Chinese and Vietnamese food should be served in one place. But this tiny restaurant does a great job. The pho is awesome and the stir fry is right up there, too. This is making me hungry. I'm going to get Pho there now. Later.

this is the best pho restaurant in the twin cities. Granted the place is small. but
thats what makes it so great. It's as if you are hiding away in your bedroom. Just
you and your nice bowl of pho. But another great eat is the thai curry. Incredible
and great for those who like a little spice.

When student aid comes every semester, it is my ritual to go to Camdi and have a big bowl of beef pho and two spring rolls. Not sure why that's the ritual, but it is, and now I'm stuck with it, but I'm glad, because this place has great portions and delicious food.

It's a very small place and, until recently, I thought they didn't have a bathroom. However, when I told the cashier not to clear my table, because I was going across the street to use the bathroom, I found out they actually do have a very small bathroom downstairs. They actually let me walk through the kitchen. Really, it would actually be more convenient to go out the front and walk around to the alley and go in the back door. Bathroom is still terrible inconvenient but, hey, I'm there for the food and the food is great.
