Alpha Delta Phi

Beta Theta Pi

Located at 1625 University Ave SE, the Beta Theta Pi chapter house was built in 1927. The building replaced the original chapter house, which was built in 1900 and burnt down in 1926. The original building was the second house built on Fraternity Row.

Chi Psi

Established in 1874, Chi Psi was the first fraternity chapter at the University. The house at 1515 University Ave SE was built in 1930. It is the third house to be built on the site by the fraternity, and was one of the last of the houses to be added to the row.

Delta Chi

Located at 1601 University Ave. SE, the brick and stucco house was originally built in 1888. Delta Chi remodeled the house in 1922, which was originally privately owned.

Delta Kappa Epsilon

The chapter house at 1717 University Ave. SE was built in 1921. It was the first chapter house built after World War I.

Phi Gamma Delta

The Phi Gamma Delta house was built in 1911 and is one of the historic chapter houses off row, located at 1129 University Ave SE, across from Sanford hall.

Phi Kappa Psi

Pi Kappa Alpha

The house, built in 1928, originally belonged to the fraternity Phi Kappa Sigma.
