Amanda Tatro’s lawyer, Jordan Kushner, first argued the Tatro v. University of Minnesota case before the state Supreme Court in February. After a fourth justice recused himself, both Kushner and University General Counsel Mark Rotenberg re-argued the case earlier this month, which Rotenberg said he’s never had to do.
