Sebastian Heumann, an international student studying business administration, researches equities and fixed income as a finance intern at Windsor Financial on Monday at his office in the Capella Tower overlooking downtown Minneapolis. Heumann found his internship with help from AIESEC, a nonprofit organization and student group at the University.
