Representatives from CPM Development, Andrew Riverside Presbyterian Church and the Minneapolis City Council break ground for the Elysian, a new student apartment complex, Saturday in Marcy-Holmes. The Elysian will be built on the site of the old church, which was demolished in 2003 after a wall collapsed, and will include street-level space dedicated for the Andrew Riverside congregation.
