The surface of Medicine Lake in Plymouth has more than just ice fishing houses occupying it this season, around 20 other shanties line the southern edge of the lake. These shanties come in various shapes, sizes and purposes from creating their own community to seeing the world behind you. This free weekend entertainment wont last long though as the last day is February 5th.

A unique nativity scene on display at Wescott Station antique shop in St. Paul. Kurt Wescott says that the nativity scene, which takes more than six hours to put up, is a local attraction during the holiday season. His mother Rosalie Wescott has been arranging the scene for more than 12 years.
