NEIGHBORHOOD ISSUES There have been efforts made by neighborhood associations with the support of city council members to encourage more homeownership in Ward 2. If elected, how do you plan on balancing both homeowners who would like to maintain their neighborhood’s “character” and students who are increasingly looking for affordable off-campus housing in these neighborhoods?
