And eating disorders affect the GLBT community, just like any other, said Anne Phibbs, the director of the University's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Ally Programs Office. "We're like everyone else in the sense that we have problems," she said.

Interim Minneapolis Police Chief Tim Dolan is one step closer to getting the top-cop spot. With three votes of support, the city's five-member Executive Committee recommended Wednesday that Dolan become the new police chief.
