Gophers forward Emily West was named the WCHA Offensive Player of the Week Wednesday.
The senior scored four goals, including her first career hat trick in Friday's game, in last weekend's series with Minnesota State. Her effort helped No. 2 Minnesota sweep the Mavericks.
West has scored seven times in her last four games.
