Dinkytown

Dinkytown is located just a block north of the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis. Centered at 14th Avenue Southeast and 4th Street Southeast, the area is home to a variety of businesses and housing options. The neighborhoods surrounding Dinkytown have become a popular place for student housing. Though there are several theories, the origin of the area’s name is uncertain.
