Judith Buchanan
Judith Buchanan came to the University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry in 2005 from the University of Pennsylvania. She is particularly interested in virtual dentistry training. She was previously academic dean but currently serves as interim dean as the school searches for a permanent replacement for former Dean Patrick Lloyd.

When the School of Dentistry brought 20 DentSims to the University, it characterized them as something that would revolutionize learning. But the lab is vacant 85 percent of the time, and some say the product doesn't match the publicity.
