U of M Morris

Located about 160 miles west of the Twin Cities campus, the University of Minnesota Morris is one of five campuses in the University of Minnesota system. As of spring 2011, 1,700 students are enrolled at the school, studying one of 30 different majors. The Morris Cougar athletic program competes in Division III Athletics. In 2005, Morris became the first public American university to install a wind turbine, which since then has supplied about 60 percent of the school’s power.
