Wisconsin

Minnesota’s eastern neighbor is home to many of the University’s students. A tuition reciprocity deal between the two states allows students to attend the opposite school for in-state tuition, saving Wisconsin residents attend the U about $1,400 a year. Wisconsin is also home to the UW – Madison, considered the Gophers’ biggest rival.
