A car theft was reported near the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus, per a SAFE-U alert sent out Thursday afternoon.
The robbery took place near the intersection of East River Parkway and Delaware Street Southeast at approximately 2:30 p.m.
According to the notification, the suspects drove a black Honda Accord with dark tinted windows and no plates. The Accord was missing its hubcap on the driver’s side.
The suspects implied a gun before stealing the victim’s 2017 cream-colored Nissan.
