I’m a runner who relies on fast-paced tunes to keep me going. Southern hip hop is the perfect blend of fast and badass, and often fools me into thinking I can jump over cars and scale skyscrapers. This usually results in me jumping over benches and tripping on my way down, so I don’t recommend it. Here are some of my favorite running jams — just remember to keep your feet on the ground!
