Gophers gymnast Ellis Mannon will compete in the pommel horse finals at the NCAA championships on Sunday afternoon. The sophomore finished second on the apparatus Saturday night with a score of 15.0. He will compete again Sunday for the event title.
Six Gophers gymnasts competed Saturday night at Recreation Hall on the Penn State campus. Mannon was the only gymnast to finish in the top 10 in his event and advance.
