The University of Minnesota has spent more than $500,000 of state taxpayer and tuition money in legal fees as it battles faculty unionization advocates in court. Reggie Lynch was arrested by officers from the University of Minnesota Police Department Sunday afternoon on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct at his apartment.
