About 300 participants gathered at Ridder Arena Saturday for the Interfraternity Council’s third annual hockey-broomball tournament to raise funds for University of Minnesota medical research. The IFC expects a larger donation this year compared to years past because of a new charitable body created in 2016 — Lakes and Legends Foundation — which allows the IFC to donate all proceeds to the University.
